Those who do not produce the call letter and valid photo identity proof (in original) will not be allowed to appear for certificate verification. One copy of the call letter is to be submitted to CSL during the certificate verification. The candidates should retain the other copy of the call letter, till the completion of selection process. 5
8. लघ स च गत उ म दव र म णप स य पन क द र न, फ ट फ म व धवत ह त र करक ऑनल इन आव दन प (य न क प ज करण स य व ल ) क म त त और आय, य यत, अन भव, ज त, द य गजत आ द क ओर सभ म ल म णप (ब ल व प म स चत न स र) तथ सभ म णप क वय व य -स य कत त क एक स ट त त त करन च हए और उनक उ म दव र ब ल व प और व ध फ ट पहच न प क स थ म ल म णप क बल पर ह वच र कय ज एग म ल म णप य ऑनल इन आव दन प न त त त करन व ल क म णप स य पन क लए भ ग ल न ह त अन म त नह द ज एग Candidates short-listed for certificate verification should produce print out of online application form (possessing unique registration number) duly signed with photograph, and all certificates in Original (as mentioned in the call letter) towards proof of age, qualification, experience, caste, disability etc, as well as one set of selfattested copy of all the certificates, during the certificate verification and their candidature will be considered on the strength of the original certificates along with the Call Letter and valid Photo ID. Those who do not produce the original certificates or online application form will not be allowed to appear for the Certificate verification. 9. उ म दव र अ थ य ह, ज आय, य यत, अन भव, ज त त, द य गजत आ द क सब त क म णप स य पन क अध न ह स य पन क समय, य द लघ स च गत उ म दव र प त आव यकत क प र नह करत ह य कस भ थ त म म ल म णप त त करन म वफल रहत ह, य उ म दव र र द गई क ई भ ज नक र झ ठ / गलत प य ज त ह, त उ म दव र क न त ववरण मक क र क पर क लए अन म त द ज एग और न ह चयन क लए वच र कय ज एग और बन कस स चन क उ म दव र र / अ व क र क ज एग Candidature is provisional subject to verification of certificates for proof of age, qualification, experience, caste, disability etc. At the time of verification, if the candidates short- listed above are found not meeting the eligibility requirements or fail to produce certificates in original or if at any stage, it is found that any information furnished by the candidate is false/ incorrect, the candidate shall neither be permitted for Descriptive type test nor be considered for selection and candidature will be cancelled / rejected without further notice. 10. स एसएल र व छत न स र, ऑनल इन पर क द र न उ म दव र क क पचर कए फ ट फ क कस भ चरण क द र न स य पत कय ज एग कस भ ब म ल क म मल म, उनक उ म दव र बन कस न टस क र क ज एग Photograph of candidates captured during the online test shall be verified during any stages of selection as desired by CSL. In case of any mismatch, his/her candidature will be cancelled with / without any notice. 11. क वड-19 मह म र क थ त क वत म न स दभ म, उ म दव र क स चत कय ज त ह क व स एसएल प रसर क अ दर रहत समय न न स चत न स र सभ स र स ब ध अन द श क प लन कर In the present context of Covid-19 pandemic situation, the candidates are informed to strictly abide by all safety and security instructions while inside the CSL premises and follow the instructions as listed under :- 6
a) अ तर-र र य/ य / अ तर- जल य करन व ल सभ उ म दव र क स एसएल म चयन य म भ ग ल न स पहल म ज द आईस एमआर दश नद श क स त स प लन करन च हए All candidates travelling inter-state/inter-district should strictly follow the extant ICMR guidelines prior to attending selection process at CSL. b) यह सल ह द ज त ह क जह तक स भव ह, भ डभ डव ल स व ज नक प रवहन स द र रह ऐस प रवहन क उपय ग करत समय स म जक द र बन ए रख और य गत य स र ज स म क, क ग ग स, स द त न आ द पहन और ख ल ह थ स सतह क छ न स बच It is advised to avoid crowded public transport to the extent possible. Maintain social distance while using such transport and wear personal protectives like mask, goggles, gloves etc. and avoid touching the surfaces using naked hands. c) चयन य म भ ग ल न व ल सभ उ म दव र अपन न क, म ह, ग ल आ द ढकत ए उ चत फ स म क पहन ग और व य क ह ड स नट इज़र (50 म.ल.) ल न ह उ म दव र र पहच न क लए ग ट पर म क क हट य ज एग फ स म क न पहन उ म दव र क चयन पर म भ ग ल न क अन म त नह द ज एग All candidates attending the selection process shall wear appropriate face masks properly covering their nose, mouth, chin etc, carry personal hand sanitizer (50ml). The candidates shall remove the mask at gates for identification. THOSE CANDIDATES WITHOUT FACE MASKS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE SELECTION TESTS. d) य ड म व श प न व ल सभ उ म दव र क ग ट, व श र आ द म च नत थ न पर खड ह न च हए त क इन थ न पर एक म टर क स म जक द र स न त क ज सक व श/ नक स क लए ग ट म भ डभ ड क लए अन म त नह द ज एग All candidates seeking entry into the yard have to stand in the spaces marked at the Gates, entrances etc. so that social distancing as per norms can be ensured at these locations. NO CROWDING AT GATES FOR ENTRY/EXIT SHALL BE PERMITTED. e) सभ उ म दव र दव र, कस भ ख भ, ब र, ह डर ल आ द क छ न स बच All candidates shall avoid touching any pillars, bars, hand rails etc. f) सभ उ म दव र क स र ज च क लए ग ट पर अपन ज क ट/ऑवरक ट आ द क हट द न च हए All candidates should remove their jackets/overcoats etc at the gates for security check. g) ग ट स व श करन व ल सभ उ म दव र क थम ल क नर क स थ अ नव य नग क ज एग Compulsory screening shall be done for all candidates entering through gates with thermal scanner. h) म क पहनन, स म जक द र और कत र ण ल क स त स प लन कय ज न च हए Wearing of masks, Social distancing and queue system shall be strictly adhered. 7
i) व स स ब ध सम य क स थ ब ख र और ख स प ए ज न व ल कस भ उ म दव र क म णप स य पन म भ ग ल न क लए व श / अन म त नह द ज एग इन ल ण व ल य य य क स एसएल म नह आन च हए और उ ह त र त ह अपन नव स थ न क नज़द क ड टर ट य स गर ध स वध ल न य सरक र स अ पत ल प स पर मश करन क आव यकत य ह ग उ ह म णप स य पन य आग क चयन य क लए अन म त नह द ज एग Any candidate found to have fever and cough with breathing problems are liable to be stopped / denied entry / permission to attend the certificate verification. Persons with these symptoms shall not come to CSL and require to consult doctors nearest to their place of residence or quarantine facility or Govt. hospital immediately. They shall not be permitted for certificate verification or further selection process. j) सभ उ म दव र क अपन प न क ब तल / अ य जलप न ल न च हए और य गत य व त क स झ करन स बच All candidates shall bring their own water bottles / other refreshments and avoid sharing of personal items. k) सभ उ म दव र क अपन ल खन स म, स म य क लक ल टर आ द ल न च हए और ऐस व त क स झ करन स बच All candidates shall bring their own stationery items, pen, pencils, normal calculators etc. and avoid sharing of such items. l) म णप स य पन क थ न क अल व स एसएल क कस भ अ य / भवन / क य थल थ पर गमन गमन स त न ष ह Movement to any other areas / buildings / work sites of CSL other than the venue of certificate verification shall be strictly prohibited. 12. उ म दव र स अन र ध ह क व म ण प स य पन क लए उपर त स चत न स र त थ एव रप टग समय पर रप ट कर Candidates are requested to report on the date and reporting time as mentioned above for Certificate verification. 13. क पय यह न ट कर क म णप स य पन क त थ, थ न य समय क बदल व क लए अन र ध पर वच र नह कय ज एग Please note that request for changing the date, time and venue of the certificate verification shall not be entertained. 14. उ म दव र क सल ह द ज त ह क चयन स स ब धत सभ अ तन क लए स एसएल व बस इट (क रयर प ) लग त र द ख Candidates are advised to frequently visit CSL website (Career page) for all updates related to the selection. 15. अय यत क म मल म आव दन अ व क र करन क स ब ध म क ई प च र नह कय ज एग No correspondence regarding the rejection of application in case of ineligibility shall be entertained. 8
