Downloading of tender documents from www.tenderwizard.com/isro alone will not make a tenderer eligible for participating in the bidding process. The documents uploaded by the tenderers will be subjected to verification subsequently by Department. If found not meeting the requirement, such offers will be rejected. 6. No other mode of submission is acceptable. The offer of those tenderer who had furnished valid EMD (in original) and suitable documentary evidence as mentioned in Para 2 above, only will be opened. be carried out. During the evaluation of techno-commercial bids, the documents furnished by the tenderers will be scrutinized in detail. Any tender, found as not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be rejected at this stage and such offers will not be considered for further processing. The price bid of only those tenderers who have been qualified during the scrutiny and technical evaluation will be opened separately on a specified date (with due intimation to the qualified bidders) and further processed, as per tender procedure/stipulations. 12. सफल ठ क द र क बय न र लश तनष प दन ग र ट र परर त कर ददय ज एग क य क प र ह न पर, उस स रक ष जर र परर त क रकय ज एग बय न र लश क भ ग न क ललए छ ट क र र ल र, अलग तनष प दन ग र ट तनव द र प रस अन र तन ल ग क 2% स क त प /क य आद श क प र त ह न पर र प रस करन ह ग Earnest money of the successful contractor will be converted into Performance Guarantee. On completion of the work, the same will be converted as Security deposit. In cases of exemption for payment of Earnest money, separate Performance Guarantee 2% of the estimated cost put to tender to be submitted immediately on receipt of letter of acceptance/work order. 13. सर ह प रध न स एर ज /इ ज तनयर-एस.ई./इ ज तनयर-एस.ड. क प न र त ल कर इच छ क तनव द क तनव द ए प रस करन स पहल स ल क तनर क षण कर सक ह Intending tenders may inspect the site before submitting the tenders, with the prior permission of Group Head CMG/Engineer-SE/Engineer-SD. 14. तनद शक क ओर स तनव द स क त अथधक र, प.आर.एल. सबस कर य क रकस अन य तनव द क स क र करन क ललए ब ध य नह ह और त रबन क ई क रण ब ए क रकस भ य सभ तनव द ओ क अस क र करन क अथधक र स रक षक ष र ह ऐस सभ तनव द ए सरसर र पर रद कर द ज एग प जनर तनध रर क ई भ श प र नह क गई ह य तनव द क द र सश छ ट सदह क ई श र गय ह The tender accepting authority on behalf of Director, PRL is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves the authority to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason. All tenders in which any of the prescribed condition is not fulfilled or any condition including that of conditional rebate is put forth by the tenderer shall be summarily rejected. 15. तनद शक क ओर स तनव द स क त अथधक र, प आरएल क प स तनव द क प ण र प स य भ ग र स क र करन क अथधक र ह ग और तनव द क ब ल दर पर इस तनष प दद करन क ललए ब ध य ह ग The tender accepting authority on behalf of Director, PRL reserves the right of accepting the whole or any part of the tender and the tenderer shall be bound to perform the same at quoted rates.

He/she shall also intimate the names of persons who are working with him in any capacity or are subsequently employed by him and who are near relatives to any Gazette Officer in the Department of Space. If any tenderer withdraws the offer within the validity period or makes any modifications in the terms and conditions of the tender which are not acceptable to the PRL, the PRL shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50% (Fifty Percent) of the Earnest
Money Deposit absolutely.
