Sealed tenders are invited in the prescribed format by the Chief General Manager, Department of Premises, Security and Procurement, from reputed firms/agencies/companies for deployment of Fire Consultant the at NABARD Head Office, BKC, Mumbai. The contract will be initially for a period of one year as per laid down contractual obligations. However, it can be extended further for a period of one year at the discretion of the NABARD (hereinafter referred to as
the Bank"), subject to satisfactory performance of duties by the Fire Officer and proper fulfilment of all terms and conditions of the contract. The Fire Consultant will provide services as per the list of duties given in annexure A. Only firms/agencies/companies having minimum three (5) years experience in undertaking work of similar nature and have provided similar services to Central Government Departments/agencies/PSUs/ or such other major institutions need to apply for the work. The contractor shall submit the documentary proof of the same. g) Failure of the successful bidder to comply with requirements of above clauses shall constitute sufficient grounds for the annulment of the award. The firm/agency/company should have been in this business at least for the last 5 years. 3) वपछल त न र र क द र न एज स क क द र सरक र क फकन ह द एज लसर / क द र र स र डजननक क ष क उपक रम क स ग न / प रनतप ठ त ननज स ग न / र खणज र ब क क अप ग नशमन स र क लमडक स र ए प रद न करत रह ह / स र ए प रद न क गइड ह न हहए. The agency should be providing /provided fire service personnel in any two Central Government agency/central PSU organizations /reputed private organizations/commercial Banks in the last three years. 4) वपछल त न र र क द र न एज स क औसत क र ब र र.50 ल ख और उसस अधधक ह न हहए. The Agency should have an average turnover of Rs.50 lakh and above during the last three years.. 6) एज स क प स क पननर क प ज र क/ फम क प ज र क क प ज र न प रम णप ह न हहए. The agency should have a Certificate of Registration with Registrar of Companies/Registrar of Firms. 7) एज स क प स आर कर वर र रण क स थ वपछल त न र र क ल ख पर क षक षत तलन-प ह न हहए.
The agency should have latest Audited Balance Sheet for the last 3 years with income tax return. 8) एज स क प स इडएसआइड ननगम स प र तत अद र तन प रम णप ह न हहए. The Fire Consultant, should be qualified and should have Minimum five years of experience in Fire Management at the supervisory level and must have undergone a basic course in firefighting from a Government recognized institution. Fire Officer who have served in the Mumbai Fire Brigade or any other Municipal Fire Brigade in the State of Maharashtra will be given preference 2) प जस अप ग नशमन सल हक र क ननर प क त क ज एग उसक स र ननर त त अर धध 5 र र ड स कम नह ह न हहए. The Fire Consultant deputed by the agency should not be rotated/shifted without the Banks permission. 6) एज स क प स वर श र सन र पर डर क षक र आध रभ त स वर ध ए और न टर कड ह न हहए. The agency should have credible supervisory infrastructure and network. 7) एज स र ह न ट कर फक न ब र ड, प रध न क र डलर, म बइड म प रनतननर क त अप ग नशमन सल हक र क ननर प क त क अर धध क द र न उनक स प णड ज खखम कर र ज क ललए एज स प जम म द र ह ग. The agency should note that it shall be responsible for entire risk coverage of the Fire Consultant detailed for the duration of such detailment with NABARD,Head Office,Mumbai. 8) अप ग नशमन सल हक र क एर ज म / क स थ न पर ननर क त फकए ज न र ल अधधक र क प स भ सम न अहडत / अनभर ह न हहए. The replacement/reliever in case of leave/exigency should be having similar qualifications and experience. 9) अप ग नशमन सल हक र अपन कतडव र क प नतड करन क ललए श र ररक र प स प र तरह सक षम ह न हहए. However, the duty timings will be flexible and could be changed according to the requirement. He will also be required to visit the residential colonies for imparting training on fire fighting, inspection of the Fire fighting arrangements, during any emergencies, and for any liaison work

Annexure A Duties of Fire Consultant 1.The Fire consultant will be responsible for all aspects of fire safety at our Head Office, besides providing advice on fire safety and related aspects at our residential colonies and our Regional Offices/Training establishments/sub Offices. 2. He will train the staff members in use of Fire Extinguishers and maintain record of the same 3.He will hold overall charge of the equipment s and personal working at the Fire control room 4.He will organize, supervise and check the fire fighting system, fire extinguishers, fire detection system, public address system, water pressure in the system etc. 5.He will check the water levels in the Fire tanks. 6.He will coordinate with the building maintenance staff for the maintenance of relevant equipment s/installations. 7.At the time of any emergency, he will direct and organize the fire fighting and /or rescue operations along with the firemen, before the arrival of Mumbai Fire Brigade. 8.He will coordinate with the personal of the Mumbai Fire Brigade on their arrival 9.He will ensure that the Banks buildings (Office and residential premises) at all centers have proper and adequate Fire protection and safe from fire. 10.He will have to handle any other work related to Fire safety of the Banks Office and residential premises, as may be assigned to him by the authorities fro time to time 11.He will prepare incident reports of any incident occurring in the Banks Office and residential premises 12.He will ensure that any defects in respect of any Fire fighting equipment s provided in the Banks Office and residential premises is attended to through the maintenance contractors.
