Human Physiology(circulatory system)
Blood (रक त):- Blood helps to transport the oxygen from lungs to all the parts of body. Blood is a fluid connective tissue, consisting of plasma and formed elements, called blood corpuscles.

Individuals have both A and B antigens on the surface of their RBC s and their blood plasma does not contain any antibodies against either A or B antigen. Blood vessels which transport the blood are of three types (रक त व हहक ए ज रक त क पठरवहन करत ह, त न प रक र क ह त ह ) : - Arteries (धमहनय ): - Blood vessels with thick and elastic wall, as they have to pass the blood under high pressure. Thick blood vessels have less radius and ensure a high pressure of blood. Arteries transport the oxygenated blood in blood. WBC: [White blood corpuscles] originates or are formed from bone marrow. Blood clotting or coagulation : - is an important process that prevents excessive bleeding from the blood vessels during injury. Proteins and platelets in the blood plasma works in a cascade series to stop the bleeding by forming a clot over the injury.
General mechanism(स म न य त ) : - Clotting takes place in three steps : थक क त न चरण म जमत ह : Damage or rupturing of blood vessels involves the stimulation of blood clotting factor. It results in formation of prothrombin activator The prothrombin activator catalyzes the conversion of prothrombin into thrombin The thrombin acts as enzyme to convert firbrinogen into fibrin fibres which helps in clotting.
